What Giusto thinks

Hello everyone, I'm Giusto da, expeerly tester from the Winterthur area. I had the pleasure of testing the Chef's Choice 15. The simple use of the 3-step sharpening system makes knife sharpening quite easy. The appliance is very pleasant, especially in terms of the background noise. The new durability of the knife increases the quality of my cooking considerably. I can therefore highly recommend the Chefs Choice G15.
