Hello, I'm Nicole. Do you know the feeling when you don't have a quiet minutes for yourself and to take a deep breath? That's why I chose Care.me. First I discuss my sports, sleep, stress and nutrition routine with a health coach and he explains the Care.me approach. I am checked from head to foot. Body analysis, 42 blood values, EKG and a lung test. Just two weeks later, a doctor explains my results to me. It is great that there is another health coach that responds very well to my needs. Together we determine realistic goals to improve my long -term well -being. I feel well understood, supported and especially like the community aproach by Care.me. I will now take part in strength training twice a week with others from the community. It is also cool that I have my results and defined destinations at all times in the app. Thanks to the community and the knowledge that the next test will be due in six months, I have been able to maintain in the long term.
