What Philipp thinks

Hi everyone, I'm Philipp, father of 2 children from Zurich and an expeerly tester. Since i enjoy baking but unfortunately don't have much time with kids and work I purchased the Ankarsrum kitchen machine The machine also comes with a great recipe book filled with inspiring ideas The accessories that come with it are enough to get started with baking right away Today, I'm making brioche. Making the dough is really easy and quick Thanks to the dough hook, the dough is ready in no time and ready to rise After letting it rise overnight for 12 hours we can continue by shaping it Then, just wait for about 6 more hours and delicious brioches will come out of the oven Et voilà!
