You can't buy your freedom, or can you? Hi, I'm Nico, a hobby chef with passion and finesse, and I'm testing the Bamix powder slices for expeerly. I love cooking but have different cooking phases and rarely need the same ingredients, especially spices. And buying a new one every time for one or two dishes would really clutter up my kitchen. In addition to other challenges that the Bamix takes away from me, the powder disk gives me the freedom to put together my own spices in the quantity that I need at any given time and, on the other hand, the opportunity to have something in a powdery state instead of having to buy in both. So I now have more space for what I need regularly and freedom regarding my choice of spices.
