Hello, I'm Polina. I love Betty Bossi and Glace and therefore tried the Glace and yoghurt machine from Betty Bossy to match the summer time. The machine comes with a recipe booklet and 2 a liter of containers in which you can keep the GLACE or yogurt after making it. I got the machine in anthracite and it fits perfectly into my kitchen. You just have to take them and it is ready for use immediately. Of course I tried to do a mangoglace directly. For that, I simply mixed all the ingredients together according to the recipe, put in the metal bucket of the machine, put the stir bar in and then started all together in the machine and the glacemodus with 2 clicks. Then it goes for an hour for the glace to be finished. The Glace that comes out is megalecker, the consistency is great and it tastes like from the gelateria. So summer can really come.
