Hi everyone, I'm Nico, I'm from the Zurich Oberland and I'm a tester for expeerly. I cook and bake a lot and produce my own dried meat. When cooking, I sometimes lack the skill with a knife and the dried meat is too hard to cut by hand as thinly as I would like. What I like best is that the cutting thickness is very finely scalable, so I can cut everything evenly and thinly.
