Can we agree that cooperative board games are underrated? Like everyone wants to win, but the best part of these kinds of games is that we all win. My name is Ezra Mercy and I'm testing the Pegasus Spiele board game *Dorfromantik* for Expeerly. I learned to play it with my neighbors. The goal is pretty utopian: design a harmonious farming village with the longest rivers and train tracks possible. It's very cottagecore meets puzzle meets urban planning meets campaign-style gameplay. One of us wanted to be efficient and progressive, two of us wanted it to be really pretty, and all of us were down to take risks to win the most points. And at the end, we unlocked more game tiles for the next time we play, which will definitely be soon.
