Today, I learned that Delphi was considered by the ancient Greeks to be the center of the world. During the Delphi tour, we stepped into the ancient history of Greece. We enjoyed the walking tour while admiring the sanctuary of Athena Pronaia and discovering the Delphi museum. We had a fun break at Livadeia and a little free time to explore the picturesque village of Arahova. My favorite part of this tour was learning about the oracle of Delphi, the most important shrine in ancient Greece, where a priestess called Pythia supposedly delivered messages from Apollo to those who sought advice.
