Today, I learned that if you are very scared of something, take the plunge and you will feel good. You can find this paragliding experience in Cefalù, Sicily. We have always been attracted by the possibility of flying, and here you can do it in a gentle way. When you are in the air, your mind will lose itself in the silence. Personally, I was not afraid at all. During the entire tour, I only had fun. Even the landing was gentle. I recommend it to everyone.
