Today I learned that there are no animals on Etna Mountain. So I was happy to get prepared and ride a quad bike to explore the untouched nature of this unpredictable volcano. I don't know if it was the adrenaline of riding a quad bike that made the views look truly beautiful. Did you know that the volcanic soil around Mount Etna is ideal for vineyards and the region is renowned for its wine production? Looking at the black color, I wouldn't believe that the best part of this experience was the off road part. We also explored caves that were formed by lava flow.
