Today, I learned that local Boston history and pizza make the perfect pairing. During the North End pizza tour in Boston, we explored the historic neighborhood and had delicious pizza along the way. Guided by a Boston local, we visited the infamous stops along the Freedom Trail. As a history lover, I gained so much insight on the impact of Boston's revolutionary past on their thriving cultural present. My favorite stop had to be the Paul Revere statue, where our tour guide told us all about the hidden design details on the statue. Along the way, we stopped at three north end staples for pizza. We each were able to try several slices and we ended the tour with the most delicious cannolis. This tour is perfect for any history or pizza lover. Definitely add this to your must-do list when in Boston.
