They provide a recipe book with various soups smoothies, and juices for you to make The first thing i noticed is that the blender is really beautiful and very easy to assemble Today, I was really craving a smoothie I cut up some fruits and put them into the blender If you feel like it, you can even add ice cubes for a cooling effect. I just used milk this time Then put the lid on press the start button, and begin blending. It's super easy. I recommend this blender to anyone who wants to easily make delicious smoothies or soups My smoothie turned out incredibly fine I'm doing this every morning now. Another important aspect for me was the cleaning of the device, and it's really easy to do Just fill it with some soapy water mix it, and it's done.
