I am Nicola, an expeerly tester. 27 years old from Lucerne, and I'm usually not a fan of additional kitchen appliances But this device, my dear people, has exceeded my expectations by far I thought that the Soup & Steam cooking blender was just a regular blender and was then pleasantly surprised by how well it can mix However, it is designed for much more than just blending It has programs for everything that is liquid: soups, smoothies, dips, desserts, and it can heat the contents to specific temperatures something my stove definitely can't do It can finely chop the ingredients to a set consistency and keep them warm It worked perfectly for my hot berry sauce for vanilla ice cream Normally, it would have been a huge mess because I would have had to heat it first and then puree it separately It's super convenient for anything that is somehow liquid, whether hot or cold. And the ultimate bonus is the steaming attachment which has replaced my steamer Overall, I think the Soup & Steam blender is simply brilliant and I can't recommend it enough Before I forget, it even cleans itself.
