Hello everyone! I am Bettina, live in Bern and tried the Spätzli-Blitz Maxi from Betty Bossi. Since I always have eggs, flour and milk at home, I can make fresh spaetzli at any time and quickly. I have been cooking my spaetzli with the Betty Bossi standard version for 4 portions for years. With the Maxi version, on the other hand, you can make 6 portions. With the fill stamps, measuring is unnecessary with the scale, which also saves time. I particularly like the maxi version that the dough is pressed down with an additional plate when it is applied, so there is hardly any dough left. In addition, the ergonomic handle lies very well in the hand, so you almost don't want to stop cranking. At the end I like to fry them, add tomatoes and other vegetables or make a delicious mushroom sauce on it. In the included recipe book you will find a lot of inspiration for every taste. I am a real fan of the spaetzli flash because it has really never been so easy to do Spätzli myself.
